Persistently Late Rent

It is the Tenant’s utmost responsibility to pay rent on time. When a Tenant signs a Lease, he/she agrees to pay rent on time and if a tenant fails to pay rent then it will result in termination of the tenancy. On the other hand, when a tenant doesn’t pay rent on the due date, the Landlord may have to provide a grace period to the Tenant so he/she can pay rent but if they are still unable to pay then Landlord has the right to evict them legally
