Enforcement and Collections
After the trial, when you feel you have won the case, the court will issue a judgment, an enforceable order under its terms. Then the creditor to debtor collection process begins.
When the debtor fails to execute the court order and makes the payment, the creditor may request that the debtor appears in court to answer the reason for non-payment, prove his income and asset information and whether the debtor will comply with the court order or not.
If you are having difficulty getting the debtor to comply with the judgment, call us. We can guide you through the appropriate processes that can be performed in such cases.
