By accessing our website, contacting our office, or engaging our legal services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. No Legal Advice Through Website
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
Accessing or using this website, sending us an email, submitting a contact form, or communicating with us does not create a lawyer-client relationship. A lawyer-client relationship is formed only after we have completed a conflict check and both parties have signed a written retainer agreement.
You should not act or refrain from acting based on information from this website without seeking formal legal advice.
2. Scope of Legal Services
If retained, Juzkiw Law PC will provide legal services as outlined in a written Retainer Agreement. The scope of representation will be limited strictly to the matters described in that agreement.
We do not represent clients in matters outside the agreed scope unless expressly confirmed in writing.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
Legal fees, retainers, billing practices, and payment obligations will be governed by the applicable Retainer Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Retainers may be required before work begins.
- Fees may be billed hourly, flat-rate, or contingency-based, depending on the matter.
- Clients are responsible for court fees, filing fees, expert fees, and other disbursements.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or withdrawal of services, subject to applicable professional conduct rules.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
- Respond promptly to requests for documents or instructions.
- Keep contact information up to date.
- Cooperate in the legal process.
Failure to do so may negatively affect your case and may result in withdrawal of representation where permitted by law.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy
Juzkiw Law PC is committed to maintaining client confidentiality in accordance with applicable professional conduct rules and privacy laws.
Information submitted through our website contact form before a lawyer-client relationship is established may not be treated as privileged. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until we confirm representation.
Our data collection and handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Electronic Communications
By communicating with us electronically, you acknowledge that email and SMS are not always secure and may be intercepted or accessed by unauthorized parties. You accept the risks associated with electronic communication unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service and communication; however, we are not responsible for internet outages, carrier failures, technology malfunctions, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Legal matters are inherently uncertain, and Juzkiw Law PC makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcome of any legal matter.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in a written retainer agreement and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law or professional conduct rules.
